Pack yourself a picnic dinner and head to La Placita in downtown Tucson any Thursday night this month to indulge in the cool breezes that are starting to blow this way. The films shown on the outdoor movie screen are all from around the 1960’s, so you’ll get some classic film culture while you’re having fun. Films this month include 3:10 to Yuma (the original), My Fair Lady, Paint Your Wagon and El Dorado, the last of which was shot right here in Tucson. This outdoor movie event starts at 7:30 and is free of charge with popcorn available by donation.
